The IHSAA is adding a sixth class to the state football tournament.

On Friday, the executive committee approved a measure to change the format beginning in 2013-14 and also voted to add a new success factor to determine whether schools move up one class.

The National Football League club has set a new policy to accommodate smokers, allowing them to come back in after going out to smoke.
