Earlier this week, Colson Sparks’ parents took him to Richmond Square Mall to buy him a gift — his first football.

Sparks, 10, is among the approximately 50 children in Grades 1-8 participating in this week’s Youth Football Camp at Richmond High School. 

“I just started here and this is really my first football. I got it (Wednesday) at the Richmond Square Mall,” Sparks said while taking a break from the drills.
