RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College men's tennis team kept rolling along on
Saturday as the Quakers blanked Bluffton University 9-0 in a Heartland Collegiate
Athletic Conference match.

The Quakers (12-1, 5-0) now have nine victories in a row, which equals last year's
top winning streak.

Earlham, the leaders of the HCAC, swept the doubles competition from the Beavers
(0-5, 0-2).

Andrey Gavrilov and Brad Maisey defeated Matt Weisenborn and Jaden August 8-1 at No.
1.

Scott Lawrence and Nabil Parker won 8-3 over Matt McCoy and Nate Stroud at No. 2.

David Bluestein and Brent Kramer took care of John Oyer and Brock Goetz by an 8-2
score at No. 3.

In singles action, Henry Levin beat Weisenborn 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1, while Anton
Bartashevich defeated Stroud 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2.

At No. 3, Lawrence won 6-1, 6-1 over August as Shin Torizuka (ECM) beat McCoy 6-0,
6-2 at No. 4.

Parker posted a 6-2, 6-1 win over Oyer at No. 5. Gus Schuerger defeated Goetz 6-0,
6-1 at No. 6.

Earlham is back in action on Wednesday at Hanover College. The HCAC affair begins at
4:30 p.m.
