@ Richmond:  Tori Olker won the 200 & the long jump for the Rockets, who lost to the Eagles in their dual meet.  Jordan Eisenbert (300 low hurdles) & Elizabeth Kaht (pole vault) also had firsts for the Rockets.  Lakes, 87, RB 59 (NWHerald 4/12/11)

Top returning athletes:  Kara Russell, so., distance; Skylar Bayer, so., distance; April Wanagas, ju., distance; Kim Russell, so., middle distance; Elizabeth Kaht, jr., pole vault

Top new athletes: Talia Sheedlo, jr., hurdles, triple jump; Tori Olker, jr., sprints; Jordan Eisenberg, so., sprints

Worth noting: RB returns four state qualifiers in Kara Russell, Bayer, Wanagas & Kaht.  Forth also is excited that the numbers are up abaout 50 percent from last year.  He hope the Rockets can make a jump in the BNC Meet.  (NWHerald 3/28/11)
