Coach "Mama" Scott

Coach Menka “Mama” Scott – A high school All-American for Atlanta, GA. She was the #1 high school long jumper in the U.S. and was named #4 on the All- Time High School long jump list.

She was highly recruited, but chose to become a Lady Vol at The University of Tennessee. While there she earned numerous All-SEC and All-American honors. She participated in several U.S. Olympic Trials and Championships.

She met her husband Terry Scott while earning a B.A. degree from Tennessee. He too a Track and Football All-American standout. Together they started their own personal training business and have trained middle school, high school, college and professional athletes for over 20 years.

The Scott’s have a beautiful 4 year old daughter, Mikah.
