South took a 16-3 first quarter lead and managed to stretch it to a 21 point margin by halftime. The Patriots would go onto win 56-22. This would tie a previously held school record for lowest points allowed in a game set in the 1999-2000 season. The Patriots also shot 91% from the foulline on the evening. Mark Waller was 7-7 from the line and led all scoreres with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Charlie Bakula added 11, Matt Highsmith had 6, and Chris Dandridge had 5 points. Next up for the Patriots is the Desoto Dragons who are 15-3 and currently ranked 4th amongst small schools in the area and also ranked in the Top 10 in the state of Missouri for class 4 schools. The Patriots are the #4 seed in the Ameritime Tournament and Desoto is the #5 seed.
