My name is John Telega and I have been a track and field coach for 17 years. I started coaching cross country at South Junior in 1995 and then graduated to coaching up at Tech in 2001. I truely love using the lessons we learn in track and field to help build championship people. I truely belive that we are coaching events, but teaching life lessons with cool shoes on.
