Swim each practice as though it was the most important practice of the year.
|What are your best sports memories?
Taking 4th at state as an 8th grader.
sneaking into 16th place in the 100 breast stroke in section finals, and taking 9th over all as a senior.
Getting a new best time in the 100 fly while swimming in college. This was significant because as a 9th grader I injured my shoulder, and thought I would never be able to swim competitively again.
Swimming in college for UWRF.
Swimming 1 armed fly as a senior at high school state in the 200 medley relay.
