C. J. Coleman then drove the baseline and tossed in a deuce to knot the game. Marbury then went ahead with a bucket from Downs, 6-4.
This set the stage for the Lions' run to take control of the game. Coleman went coast to coast with a steal after hitting the bottom of a two shot free throw. The basket gave the Lions a 7-6 lead.
Prattville finished out the period with baskets from Lavelle Winters and a three point play by Coleman.
