Prattville’s ninth grade girls’ basketball team defeated the Marbury Lady Bulldogs’ freshmen team Tuesday night in Prattville, 36-17. With the victory the freshmen girls’ team evens their 20-12-2013 record at 2-2. The Lady Lions early lost to Wetumpka 49-42, and Stanhope Elmore, 36-19, and holds a 28-26 win over Auburn. Myeshia Foster led Prattville with 12 poins, while Shundrick Brown and Alexis Nowak both scored nine points. Prattville will play again Monday November 19 at Northview High School in Dothan.
