Baylee Toney, a 5-foot-7 sophomore, scored a career-high 16 points and added 12 rebounds for the Pirates. Her previous best was 12 points earlier this season. Phoenix (3-4) held Umatilla to three second-half points, shutting out the Vikings in the fourth quarter. Dana Cardenas led Umatilla (4-2) with nine points, including a 3 and two long 2-point field goals, but was scoreless in the second half.
