PHOENIX 36, HIDDEN VALLEY 29 — At Murphy, Phoenix sophomore forward Baylee Toney scored 10 points, grabbed six rebounds and held Hidden Valley's best offensive player, Jenna King, to two points.

The Pirates (10-12, 4-6 Sky) will host the winner of today's Hidden Valley-North Valley fifth-place tiebreaker game in a league playoff contest Tuesday. The Mustangs (2-22, 1-9) will play North Valley at Illinois Valley High at 5 p.m.

Roxy Ramirez paced Phoenix with 17 points and Delanie Tally contributed seven steals, six rebounds and three assists.

Katelyn Lambert, a sophomore guard, had eight points for the Mustangs and Morgan Hansen added seven points and eight assists. Junior Monasha Goree hauled in 11 rebounds.
