Rocket netters lead Orange 3-2, in suspended match.

Person High SchoolBecause of the wet weather this week, the Person girls' tennis team was able to complete just half a match, as Wednesday's season-opening contest at Orange was suspended and Thursday's home match against Northern Vance was postponed.
The Vance match has been rescheduled for Sept. 18(Sat.) at 10a.m. and the remainder of the Orange match will be played prior to a Sept. 2 meeting between the two teams at the Person courts.
Person is at home next Monday, August23, against Oxford Webb and Tuesday, August 24, for its PAC-6 opener against Northern Durham.
