Band Brings Back Hardware

Congratulations to the Paris High School Marching Band.  The band competed in the Mason County Classic this past Saturday, October 3, 2009 and brought home trophies for First place, Class A; Best Percussion, Class A and Best Color Guard, Class A in preliminary competition.  The band's performance qualified them to compete in the Finals Competition held at Mason County that evening.  The band finished in sixth place overall in finals, bringing home yet another trophy.  The Paris Band of Pride has already qualified to march at State Quarter-finals.  The band competes again this Saturday at Corbin.
