Eleven Centralia Art Club students attended the CCC Art Day and contest at Hannibal La Grange University on February 28. Art from advanced students at Centralia High School competed with artwork from other conference schools through a judged gallery exhibition. Four CHS students earned a total of six awards. While the artwork was being judged, the art club members attended workshops on interesting art media including carved sculptures,watercolor, and graphics.
