Synopsis:  As a child, Marvin (Rob Schneider), had a dream of becoming a police officer. After a car wreck as an older man, a scientist uses animal organs to save Marvin. Full of animalistic energy, Marvin abandons his imperfections to become a famous super cop. Although when his animal instincts start to show themselves, this causes problems for poor Marvin.
