Petting Zoo

The Centralia High School FFA hosted a petting zoo for all CES students grades K-2nd. The petting zoo took place March 5, 2013, in the CHS Ag Building. CES students had a chance to attend various stations.  One of the stops was the actual petting zoo itself.  Students had the chance to see goats, rabbits, and chickens,  There was also a dog, a bottle calf, a pig, and a lamb.  The FFA members spent time reading stories to the students, also.  Elementary students also got the chance to make butter and visit the greenhouse. Several FFA members helped direct students throughout the day.
