Home » Cheerleading News1st Annual Blackout Basketball GameFebruary 8, 2013 By Bailey Vanskike of Centralia High School ActivitiesOn February 12, 2013, the Centralia varsity cheerleaders are hosting the 1st annual Blackout game. The profit from the Blackout shirts that are being sold, is being put toward a new competition floor mat for the CHS cheerleaders. Every summer the varsity cheerleaders compete in a regional competition that qualifies them for state in October. The mat will help them get used to performing at competition. “The mat will really help the team out. It might be the difference between 1st and 2nd place,” said Kylie Johnston, CHS varsity cheerleader. Come support the Panthers on Tuesday night!
