Super Bowl XLVI

The San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens will play in Super Bowl 47 on February 3rd, 2012.
This upcoming Super Bowl is even more special than the previous ones because the two coaches are brothers. Jim Harbough of the 49ers and John Harbough of the Ravens will face off against each other in the first Super Bowl in which the two head coaches are brothers. Also, another reason this Super Bowl is special because 13 time Pro Bowl Linebacker Ray Lewis is retiring at the end of this season. The Ravens will be wanting to end Lewis's career with a Super Bowl ring.
The 49ers have an exceptionally outstanding record in the Super Bowl at 5-0, also having the 2nd most Super Bowl titles of all time. Although the Ravens are not 5-0 in previous Super Bowls, they are still undefeated with a 1-0 record. A win for Baltimore would put them as the 12th team in NFL history to win multiple Super Bowls.
Not only will the teams be a great matchup, but also the teams' middle linebacker spots. The 13 time Pro Bowler, 37 year old Ray Lewis will be compared to 5 time Pro Bowler, 27 year old Patrick Willis as the arguable best two linebackers in the NFL face off in this game.
Super Bowl 47 will be on February 3rd and should be a tightly contested game. This historical Super Bowl will be one to remember as the first head coach brother-brother matchup.
