An Oregon player fakes injured, but for good intentions for his teammate. Dane Ebanez, a senior walk on for Oregon, had never been in a bowl game for the team. His teammate, Keanon Lowe, decided that needed to change. With only 2 minutes and 30 seconds left in the game, Keanon Lowe faked an injury and had to be replaced by Ebanez on kick team. Ebanez had been named scout team player two years in a row, but never played in a bowl game. Keanon Lowe has been the talk of the country for his unselfish act. Many players play their hardest during bowl games because it will boost their draft stock, they wouldn’t dare to fake an injury to let someone who hasn’t played into the game. Lowes good deed will not go unrecognized, for he has received a lot of attention for what he did. He has set an example for every other player in the country. He made them realize to not take their god given talents for granted, and to play every snap like it is your last.
