Nearing All-Star weekend, the leaders of each division in the NBA are hoping to make it to the playoffs. Some teams are having good years, and some teams are not doing good. There are some surprises of which team is leading which division and some that are losing their division. The top eight teams in each conference (eastern and western) will make the playoffs.
