Overland Gymnastics Coaches

Head Coach: Lisa Sparrow - Lisa has over 15 years of gymnastics coaching experience and has coached HS Gymnastics for a total of 11 years including 9 at Overland.  She is also a full time gymnastics coach for the City of Aurora’s Gymnastics Program. She has a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State and a MS in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Emporia State University.

Assistant Coach: Alan Herron -Alan has over 25 years of gymnastics coaching experience and has coached HS Gymnastics for the past 20 years.  He is also the team supervisor for the City of Aurora Gymnastics Program. Alan has a BS in Biology and a BA in Graphic Design from Purdue University.
