The weather was much better this evening, still cold but the wind was bearable.
We have played the #1 singles for North Daviess for four years and each year she gets stronger. She will be playing college tennis somewhere next year. Kayla could not handle her strong serves and great fundamentally sound play. We stressed to Kayla if she plays a lot of tennis year round she can be as good as Stacey is by the time she is a Senior.
At the #2 singles, Victoria, had little trouble getting a win. She played much better tennis than her Edgewood match.
#3 singles, Rachel, was on tonight and played the kind of tennis she is capable of playing.
#1 doubles was a new team ( Jocelyn and Tiffany) and for not playing together before they did a great job.
#2 doubles, Hannah and Lexi, played much better tonight, but still need to learn how to not let down in the second set.
