Home » Boys' Basketball NewsComplete EffortFebruary 17, 2010 By Adam Wamsley of Oregon High SchoolDespite playing back-to-back games and traveling to Lake Geneva to face Badger High School last Friday, the Oregon Freshman Boys Basketball team competely dominated the host Badgers. A great overall team effort sparked the 53-27 win. Alex McDonald led the way with a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. The Panthers out rebounded the Badgers 43 to 25. Jeffrey Behling contributed 11 points and hauled in 8 rebounds as well. The Panther defense stepped up mightly as they held Badger to five points in the 2nd and 3rd periods combined. The Panthers didn't allow Badger to score in the third quarter as they pushed their lead to 40-15.
