2009 Sub-Sectionals

On Tuesday, October 6th Oregon Girls Tennis played at Cherokee Country club for sub-sectionals. All teams had to win two games in order to make it to sectionals and Nielson on Wed. All teams played with everything they had and left everything on the court that day. Although no one made it to sectionals we did have our two doubles team of Eyers, and Sanford make it to the second round in sub-sectionals, where they lost to Madison West.
For 7 of the girls this was their last chance at making it to the state games. The seniors were, Katherine McMannes, April Cook, Beth Klahn, Kate Klahn, Eva Meyer, Rachel Nipple, and Shelby Jacobson.
The other Varsity members this year include (But not limited to on 2 occasions) are Alissa Reitfert, Martha Sommers, Lauren Bucheger, Melissa Eyers, and Jenna Sanford.
