The Associated Press has released the second of seven sets of state rankings for the 2012-13 Ohio high school boys basketball season, and your leaders the second time around are Division I Columbus Northland, D2 Dayton Thurgood Marshall, D3 Cincinnati Summit Country Day, and D4 Newark Catholic.
