Egg Nog Mile
Here are a few photos from this past weekends Egg-Nog mile held at American River College. Participants must drink 12 ounces of egg-nog before running each lap adding up to a total of 48 ounces of egg-nog. If you vomit before the finish you are charged with a penalty lap. More
