Columbia Falls 69, Ronan 48
COLUMBIA FALLS — Class A’s top-ranked Columbia Falls had no trouble topping Class B Ronan in a nonconference contest.
Andrea Getts had eight points and Ellie Johnson six off the bench for Columbia Falls (13-3) in the opening quarter. Getts finished with 14.
Haley Belgarde had a double-double for the Wildkats with 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Ciera Finberg led Columbia Falls in assists with six.
Columbia Falls, winners of six straight, hosts Whitefish in a Northwestern A contest today at 6 p.m.

Stevensville used a big second half to rally past the Knights in a nonconference game at the Hellgate gym.
Hellgate (1-15) led 17-14 at halftime, but was outscored 34-19 after intermission.
Montana Lady Griz recruit Alycia Sims led Stevensville (9-8) with 25 points and eight rebounds. Kayla Peterson added nine points.
Kara Hogan led Hellgate with 15 points and seven rebounds.

Sidney girls beat Central for 4th straight win
Central led 21-14 at halftime, but Thiel scored seven points and Lexi Prevost six in a 20-point Sidney third quarter that gave the Eagles control of the game.
Mayer finished with 11 points and Prevost had 10 for Sidney.
Central's Justyn Juhl had 18 points to lead all scorers. Allie Lucas added 12 for the Rams.

West girls run past Hardin
The Bears received key contributions from Samirah Dennis (13 points), KC Christensen (12 points), and Steph Boehm (12 points) to lead a balanced offensive effort.
After a back-and-forth first half, the Bears outscored the Bulldogs 46-22 after the intermission.
The Bears won their third straight and improved to 8-7 overall and will play at Billings Senior on Tuesday night.
With the loss, Hardin fell to 12-5 overall. Teonna Little Light led the Bulldogs with 13 points.

LAUREL -- Jayde LeFevre scored 12 points to help Laurel break away from Glendive 42-27 Friday night in Eastern A girls basketball.
LeFevre had four field goals, including a pair of 3-pointers, and finished 2 for 2 from the free throw line. Lexi Budge and Allie McGrath each had six for the Locomotives.
Jordan Johnson and Brooke Herring had nine points each to lead Glendive.
