Anaconda 70, Corvallis 49

At Corvallis, freshman Caleb Stetzner scored 28 points to help the Copperheads trip the Blue Devils in the Southwestern A matchup.

Anaconda (2-4 in conference, 2-11 overall) made six of its first eight shots, all of which came from downtown as the Copperheads ran out to a 21-10 first-quarter lead.

Stetzner went 3 for 3 from 3-point land and Dennis Stanberry, who finished with 11 points, had two treys in the first quarter.

Chase Walker dialed up two 3-pointers and finished with 19 points for Corvallis, which fell to 0-6, 1-12.

At Libby, the Bulldogs jumped out to a 15-4 lead after the first quarter and held off the Loggers for the Northwestern A win.

Keaton Nicholson led Whitefish (5-1, 9-5) with 14 points and Jace Kalbfleisch added 10.

Jared Winslow led Libby (1-5, 6-9) with 12 points.

Rams run past Hardin, 83-38

Daniel Meyer scored 29 points Friday to lead Billings Central to an 83-38 hammering of Hardin at the Nelles Activities Center.

The Rams got 12 points for Dylan Hanser and 11 more from Jacob Stanton to improve to 8-5 overall and 5-2 in the Eastern A.

Central made seven 3-pointers, with Hanser and Riley Nichols each making two.

Hardin remained winless, dropping to 0-15. The Bulldogs fell to 0-9 in the league. Hardin was led by Kordell Cummins, who had seven points.
