CFalls 10, Polson 0

At Polson, the visiting Kats showed their wild side in the first half, netting eight goals.  Some readjustments by the host Lady Pirates were able to reduce the extent of the encroachment, but the end result was a foregone conclusion.  Some spectacular stops as well as saves by reserve goalkeeper Keely Clairmont and some deft defensive intercepts kept the scoring from escalating further.  If seniors Danielle "DD aka Doubly Dangerous" Delventhal or Kira "KK aka knockdown/knockout" Kamrud were concerned as to how their absence might affect the overall performance of their team, their alleged anxiety would have been unfounded.  Their fellow teammates still run like gazelles with or without them, making it tough to keep stride with those longer legs that also exercise pretty savvy ball control.

Shots on Goal - CFalls multiple double digits, Polson a handful if that.
