North Wilkes split Blackhawks!!

By Nathan Miller of North Wilkes High SchoolWest Wilkes JV girls beat the host North 31-23 while the Blackhawks beat JV boys 43-29.
Varsity action- Lady Vikings keep there streak alive by downing the Lady Blackhawks 51-31 to improve to 6-0 overall and 4-0 conference. North Wilkes varsity boys had to use an overtime to send West Wilkes back to Millers Creek with a 60-55 loss. Vikings improved to 5-3 overall and 3-1 conference.
North Wilkes will be back in action next Thursday and Friday @ East Surry with Surry Central and Mt. Airy. Junior Varsity boys will play at North Surry 2pm on both days.
