8th Grade Girls Dominate RRC Track Meet

Taylor Kock placed 6th in the 100 M Dash along with 8th graders Kalanu Watson Dunn placing 2nd and Cherish Leming placing 6th . Taylor Kock placed 5th along with Jacklyn Peas placing 6th in the 200 M Dash. Kalanu Watson-Dunn placed 3rd along with Cherish Leming placing 7th in the 200 M Dash for 8th grade girls. 8th graders, Jenna Halderman and Brittany Sloan placed 3rd and 4th respectively in the 400 M Dash. Jenna Halderman and Karla Singer placed 2nd and 4th respectively in the 800. Jenna Halderman also broke the RRC record in the 1600 with a new time of 5.40.46 placing her in 1st place. Karla also placed 3rd in the 1600.  Caitlin Eltzroth broke the 100 M Hurdle record for the 8th grade girls with a time of 17.23 placing 1st and she also set the record for the 200M Hurdles for 8th grade girls with a time of 32.81 placing 1st also.
