IHSAA Volleyball Semi-State - Saturday, Oct 29 RESULTS

Class 4A - Regional

Elkhart Memorial at Penn (35-1) - 7:00 pm

Penn 3-0 over Elkhart Memorial - 25-23, 25-20, 25-20

Penn (36-1) will play FW Carroll (26-8) at 11:00 am Saturday in the Huntington North 4A Semi-State. FW Carroll beat Huntington North to advance.

Huntington North 4A Semi-State

Penn 3-0 over FW Carroll - 26-24, 25-15, 25-16

Munster beat Valparaiso and Westfield defeated McCutcheon to set up a Munster (31-7) vs Westfield (29-6) Semi-State match-up at Huntington North for the 12:30 pm match.

Westfield 3-0 over Munster - 25-21, 25-22, 30-28

The morning winners will play for a 4A State Finals berth at 7:00 pm.

Penn (37-1) vs Westfield (30-6) for 4A Semi-State Championship.

Penn 3-0 over Westfield - 25-13, 25-18, 25-16 

Penn, now 38-1 on the season, will face Avon (39-0) for the 4A State Championship on Saturday, Nov 5 at Ball State in Muncie.

Class 3A - Regional

West Lafayette at St. Joseph's (24-10) - 7:00 pm

St. Joseph's 3-0 over West Lafayette - 25-20, 25-13, 25-17

St. Joseph's (25-10) will play Andrean (31-5) at 11:00 am in the Plymouth 3A Semi-State. Andrean beat Griffith to advance.

Plymouth 3A Semi-State

St. Joseph's 3-0 over Andrean - 25-23, 25-17, 25-15

FW Concordia beat Fairfield and Yorktown defeated Bellmont to set up a FW Concordia (30-6) vs Yorktown (34-2) Semi-State match-up at Plymouth for the 12:30 pm match. 

Yorktown 3-0 over FW Concordia - 25-15, 25-20, 25-9

The morning winners will play for the 3A State Finals berth at 7:00 pm.

St. Joseph's (26-10) vs Yorktown (35-2) for 3A Semi-State Championship.

Yorktown 3-0 over St. Joseph's - 25-14, 25-9, 25-19

Yorktown, now 36-2 on the season, will face Indpls. Bishop Chatard for the 3A State Championship on Saturday, Nov 5 at Ball State. St. Joseph's ends their season with a 26-11 season record.
