Home » Boys' Basketball NewsSB Adams advances to Regional Championship gameMarch 9, 2013 By Greg Humnicky of Northern Indiana ConferenceIHSAA Boys' Basketball Regional Class 4A at Michigan City SB Adams (21-2) will play Warsaw (13-10) in the 1st game of the Michigan City Regional on Saturday, March 9 at 11:00 am ET. The winner will play the winner of the Munster (25-0) vs Merrillville (20-3) game. The Michigan City Regional championship game will be played Saturday night at 8:30 pm ET. 1st Round Games: SB Adams 48-46 over Warsaw Merrillville 55-52 over Munster Championship Game 8:30 pm ET SB Adams (22-2) vs Merrillville (21-3) Merrillville 76-55 over SB Adams Merrillville (22-3) advances to the Northern Class 4A Semi-State game vs Carmel (23-2) next Saturday, March 16.
The Regional winner advances to the Northern 4A Semi-State game the foillowing Saturday, March 16 when the Michigan City Regional winner will play the winner of the Marion Regional.
At the Class 4A Marion Regional, FW Northrup (19-7) will face New Haven (17-5) with Kokomo (22-2) squaring off vs Carmel (21-2) in the second game. 1st Round Games: New Haven 67-60 over FW Northrup Carmel 60-47 over Kokomo Championship Game: New Haven (18-5) vs Carmel (22-2) Carmel 63-57 over New Haven
The Northern 4A Semi-State match-up will be played at either Lafayette Jefferson or at Huntington North on Saturday, March 16 as a part of the double-header with another class semi-state game.
