IHSAA Wrestling Sectional

On Saturday, Jan 26

At Mishawaka HS

SB Adams, SB Clay, SB Riley, SB Washington, St. Joseph, Marian, Mishawaka and Penn

Elkhart Central participates at Elkhart Memorial, with Jimtown, Fairfield, Goshen, Concord, Northridge and NorthWood.

At each sectional site, the top four place finishers advance to the Regional next week. 

On Saturday, Feb 2

At the Rochester Regional, the top 4 from Mishawaka and Plymouth will compete.

At the Goshen Regional, the top 4 from Elkhart Memorial and Westview will compete.

The top four places at the Regional will advance to the Semi-State the following week.

On Saturday, Feb 9

At the Merrillville Semi-State, the top 4 Regional qualifiers from Rochester, Calumet, Crown Point and Logansport will compete.

At the Fort Wayne Semi-State which will be held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, hosted by FW Snider HS, the top 4 Regional qualifiers from Goshen, FW Carroll, Jay County and Peru will compete.

At the Semi-States, the top 4 place finishers will advance to the IHSAA State Finals in Indianapolis.

On Friday / Saturday, Feb 15-16

at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis

The top 4 wrestlers from the 4 Semi-State sites - Merrillville, Fort Wayne, New Castle and Evansville Reitz will compete in the State Finals.

Since there is no IHSAA Team Wrestling State Finals this year, a team state champion will be declared at the IHSAA Individual State Finals based on team points scored at the state finals.
