2012 Football season openers.

NIC Football schedule Week # 1

The 2012 IHSAA football season starts with Monday, July 30 practices. Pre-season scrimmages took place on Friday, Aug 10.

The NIC plays non-conference games the first two weeks of the football season as the NIC plays a six game conference schedule in the last seven weeks of the regular football season before the IHSAA play-offs begin with sectional play on Friday, Oct 19.

This league non-conference game winner takes home the Kevin Powers trophy.

Clay will honor their 2002 Sectional & Regional championship team in a pre-game ceremony.
