Bryan Zehner picked up Logan’s lone point, defeating Lucas Owen 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1 singles. Cory Rozzi was defeated 6-3, 7-5 at No. 2 singles, and Owen Swartzell lost 6-1, 6-3 at No. 3 singles. Dustin Clements and Luke Vernon were defeated 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Nathaniel King and Lucas Eastburn lost 6-3, 7-6 (4). “West Lafayette is very good across the board,” Logan coach Mike Montgomery said. “We had a good effort, and I saw improvement. “It was a real good win for Zehner at No. 1. Rozzi had a shot in the second tied 5-5. And King and Eastburn at No. 2 doubles continue to get better. They led 6-5 in the second set and couldn’t hold on.”
