North Caddo Track & Field to host Shreveport Relays

         The North Caddo Rebel Track & Field program will open its season by hosting the Shreveport Relays on Friday at Lee Hedges Stadium in Shreveport. The meet will begin at 4 p.m. with the field events. The running events will begin at 4:45 p.m.

         Senior Alton Clay Jr. will lead track and field team after coming off a 2012 campaign that was highlighted by a 6th place finish in the LHSAA State Track & Field Championships at Bernie Moore Stadium on the campus of LSU last May.

         Other athletes set to compete on Friday include Olandis Johnson (200 & 800), Edrick Smith (100), Lagarion Taylor (400 & Long Jump), Eugene Chism (100).
