NLA Summer Programming

Multi Sports Summer Camp:


 Join us daily for SPEED POWER AGILITY REACTION QUICKNESS training from 8 to 10:30 am followed by lunch until 11:30 then our sports specific training that NOW OFFERS lacrosse - soccer - basketball - football - baseball - softball training at the end of each day.

We are pleased to announce that this camp will be open the week of June 30th through July 3rd! You may register for this week NOW at nlainc.org or simply call our office to reserve your spot.

This camp is entering its third week with athletes of all ages. We currently have 1st through 3rd grade campers and 4th through 6th grade campers as well as 7th/8th graders.

Our athlete to coach ratio is 10 to 1 so the campers always have an experience that is fun, challenging, competitive, safe and results driven.

Our S.P.A.R. Q. Performance Protocols ensure a more complete athlete - blazing speed, explosive power, fluid agility, innate reaction and jump-start quickness!

All Sports FUNCTIONAL TRAINING:

Functional training, if performed correctly, will lead to better joint mobility and stability, as well as more efficient motor patterns. Improving these factors decreases the potential for an injury sustained during an athletic endeavor. performance in a sport.
