2014 NLA Programming
First of all, Happy New Year!
We have some exciting things going on this year and we cannot wait to see each of you.
Topics to be discussed in the newsletter: Multi-Sport Summer Camp, Women's Complete Fitness, Elite - High School - Youth training, Complete Football Development and Our 2013 flashback.
Elite - High School - Youth Training:
Our 2014 Sport Performance Schedule will go as follows.
The ELITE sessions will be offered Monday through Friday at 1 pm and 3 pm. These sessions are offered to all NCAA athletes, high school to college athletes preparing for their NEXT season.
All sessions are supervised by our degreed and certified staff at NLA. These sessions consist of strength, performance, game simulation, energy system development, plyometrics, complete core, speed, agility and first step explosion, etc.
Small group setting with sessions lasting an hour to an hour and a half.
The High School sessions will also be offered at 3 pm and 4:30 pm. These sessions will be available to all 7th grade and up athletes. These sessions will consist of all that the ELITE programs offers for the 8th grade and up athletes.
Youth sessions will be available at 6 pm for all 6th grade and under athletes. These sessions will include functional strength, performance, energy system development, plyometrics, complete core, speed, agility and first step explosion to name a few.
The game simulation training will take place for these participants in March of this year.
NLA now has 8 former NFL players on staff who actually teach the Game Simulation. Our NFL staff is also available for hire in strength, performance and position specific year round.

We will actually have a full time NFL player on staff this year offering strength, performance and positional training for all defensive lineman, we will keep you posted as this develops.
Women's Complete Fitness:
I must say this program has really taken off! We have over 25 NLA moms training daily and enjoying our 30 years experience!
Whether you are a professional gym goer or a beginner, NLA has the programming for you. Each workout is supervised by our degreed and certified staff, YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE!
We have sessions from 8 am to 8 pm, total body high intensity strength training, nutritionist, functional/kettle bell program, suspension trainers and complete cardio.
ALL WORKOUTS ARE SAFE, FUN, CHALLENGING, EXCITING AND SUPERVISED!
You will not find better service, staff or programming anywhere in Katy!
2014 Multi-Sport Summer Camp IS BACK:
That's right, we are bringing this program back this summer. On June 9th at 8 am, KISD students will have baseball, football, softball, basketball and soccer camps at one location!
8 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday at Memorial Parkway jr high in Katy Tx.
Athlete to coach ration will be 10 to 1, functional strength/performance, sport specific offered daily. 1st grade and up will be allowed to attend this camp.
This is one of our most popular programs going all the way back to 2005!
