Athlete Strength Training
This is our first component of Complete Football Athlete Development. At NLA, the foundation of our protocols is Strength first. Our functional muscle density program produces some of the most powerful athletes at their positions.
One of our NFL Players did 38 reps at 315 lb. bench press as a rookie and one of our NCAA Players did 7 reps at 360 lb. bench press as a freshman.
Our KISD athletes are the strongest in high school and jr. high.
Our Strength Training Protocol gives you explosive speed, jump-start quickness, amazing agility, relentless power and anarobic endurance.

Six Basic Rules of NLA

Strength is a component of power. We know that increasing the athletes strength will ultimately improve performance by increasing their explosive power and strength. Improving the muscles ability to produce power, responsible for providing force against the ground during sprinting and change of direction, will increase speed, acceleration, and ultimately performance.
Our strength protocols require high reps with heavy weight to not only improve max school lifts but also provide anaerobic conditioning to ensure muscle endurance. This allows each athlete to stay strong throughout competition, no fatgiue issues when the game is on the line!
