We are training Katy Area and beyond athletes daily in our Winter Sport Performance Program. You may join us NOW for the best off-season program offered. Time and time again, NLA Athletes prove to be the best conditioned and more powerful players in all sports.

Our December schedule goes as follows:

Performance/Strength Training Monday through Thursday 6 to 7:30 pm without interruption until December 23rd.

We will reopen on January 2nd with our Performance Program at 6 pm.

That gives you four weeks in December of the Best Off- Season Program Period!

Also our Strength and Treadmill Training which takes place on Friday through Sunday from 4:30 to 6 pm. This program is a H. I. R. T. protocol at its finest! High Intensity Repetition Training is the NEWEST and MOST EFFECTIVE way to strength train in the world of sports science. Total body development from the feet to the hands.

Our strength protocols will turn the body into an oak tree that is an immovable force performing as an uncontrollable object

The Woodway Treadmill Program we offer will take your 40 yard time down 2/100's to 4/100's of second in just 8 weeks. It will improve your running form and increase your stride gate. Teach you how to activate your glute muscles for blazing top end speed.

Our athletes go back to the NFL, NCAA and High School/Jr. High as the strongest athletes in the program. Collin Mooney, our NFL Titan went back to camp and tied the DL athletes in a 315 lb. bench max reps competition.
