As a competitor himself, Coach Pena is a Golden Gloves Boxing champion and has competed in Sanshou Kickboxing. This boxing program will improve hand eye coordination, fast hands, punching power with leverage at point of attack. All of these areas are crucial to the development of any position on the field.
