Watch all Six NJCAA Basketball Championship Tournaments LIVE on NJCAA TV

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – After providing NJCAA fans live coverage of its ice hockey, swimming & diving and wrestling championship events, NJCAA TV, powered by iHigh.com, is ready for hoops and is set to deliver live coverage from all six of the association’s upcoming basketball national championship tournaments.

The month of March will be the busiest of the year for NJCAA TV. Last week, select coverage of the 2012 NJCAA Swimming & Diving Championships generated over 10,000 views on the online network. Basketball takes over beginning March 15th as fans will access the online network to watch all contests from the Division III Men’s Basketball Championship from Loch Sheldrake, N.Y., and the Division III Women’s Basketball Championship from Rochester, Minn.

The men’s and women’s national championship tournaments for Divisions I and II tip-off March 20th and NJCAA TV will again give basketball fans access to watch every game for free. The Division I Men’s Basketball Championship will take place for the 64th time in Hutchinson, Kan., while the Division I Women’s Basketball Championship will be held for the 12th-consectuive season in Salina, Kan. In Division II, the men’s championship takes center stage again for the 27th time in Danville, Ill., while the women’s championship takes place for the fourth-straight year in East Peoria, Ill.

After achieving nearly 1 million visitors in November of 2011 during live coverage of seven fall national championship tournaments (volleyball and soccer), NJCAA TV is expected to exceed 2 million visitors for the month of March as fans and followers of NJCAA teams will be watching championship coverage online and on their mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Droid) thanks to iHigh’s advanced viewing technology.

“We can say with confidence that our winter championships in 2012 will be seen by more people than ever before,” said NJCAA Executive Director Mary Ellen Leicht. “The NJCAA has a long, storied history of giving student-athletes opportunities to chase their dreams. Thanks to NJCAA TV and our partnership with iHigh.com, the next Larry Johnson or Sheryl Swoopes – both former NJCAA All-Americans –could be discovered this month.”

NJCAA TV moved to the iHgih.com platform in August 2011 with the goal of providing a centralized location for fans to access and watch NJCAA championship events. In addition, iHigh.com set up a customized NJCAA ‘channel’ or ‘network’ on its platform where NJCAA member colleges can broadcast their regular season contests for free with access to iHigh.com help staff and software tools. The NJCAA TV ‘network’ links all member colleges and the national NJCAA TV site together so that all broadcasts tied to a member college are available across multiple locations…most importantly the national NJCAA TV location at www.njcaatv.ihigh.com.

Since its move to iHigh.com, NJCAA TV has yielded 2.4 million visits thanks to over 700 broadcasts of regular season and championships contests. Traditional 30-second video ad spots and video pre-roll ads are available as well as IAB online ad units for the 2012 basketball championships on NJCAA TV.
