Rams sweep rival Alcovy on the season.

On Friday, Jan. 25th, the Rams finished off another sweep of their county rival Alcovy Tigers to move their overall record to 10-4 in the series.  Leading by as many as 14, the Rams hung on to sweep the season series, winning 46-42 in dramatic fasion. The Rams won at Alcovy earlier in the year by the score of 47-43.  Newton moves to 13-7 (4-4) on the season.  The Rams have now won 3 straight games and prepare to host Cedar Shoals from Athens on Saturday, Jan. 26th at 5:30 pm.  Congratulations Rams.
