Fall/ Winter Workouts

As the fall baseball season has come to an end we will begin with our offseason fall/winter workouts. The workouts are scheduled from Monday thru Thursday from 3:30-5:30. The full workouts will include wieght, speed, core training, 2-1 individual hitting, pitching, and fielding instruction. You must have a physical on file in order to participate in our workouts.
