iHigh.com's® Mobile Technology Coming to Your School!

On the heels of their unprecedented success in bringing the KHSAA Sweet 16® Tournaments to mobile phones everywhere, iHigh.com® has announced that all schools on the iHigh network will soon have access to the groundbreaking technology.

By the end of the school year, all schools will able to offer live coverage of sports in real time to anyone with a 3G smart phone like a Droid, iPhone, iPad, PC tablet, or Blackberry.

Several pilot schools have already begun using the technology, including Hoover (AL), Warren Central (KY), Vernon Hills (IL), Wheaton Warrenville South (IL), and Adlai Stevenson (IL).

In addition to the KHSAA Sweet 16® Tournaments, which brought an exponential increase in traffic to their website, several games from the National Christian Schools Athletic Association Basketball Championships were also streamed to mobile devices.

iHigh.com® is rolling out the mobile streaming on a school-by-school basis.

Lincoln High School in Oregon is this week's featured school. This weekend, the Lincoln boys' lacrosse team will take part in the the 2011 Northwest Lacrosse Invitational in Mercer Island, Washington. iHigh will broadcast 11 games from the 14-team invitational, which features some of the top high school boys' teams in the West. Nice job, Cardinals - and keep up the good work!
