NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Eligibility: The iHigh.com US Fan registration Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, 13 years or older. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of iHigh.com, its sister company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Timing/Description: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 30, 2010, and ends the earlier to occur of either 10,000 fans registering on the Site (defined below) or at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 3, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be a random drawing at the end of each week during the Promotion Period to award (2) $25 Apple iTunes Cards for Fan (defined below) registrations made on the Site (defined below) making a total of (10) $25 Apple iTunes Cards total awarded for the entire Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter: Go to: http://www.facebook.com/ihighfans ("Site") and register to become an iHigh.com fan ("Fan") during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Fan registration must be completed in its entirety during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive an entry in the Sweepstakes. No purchase required.

4. Prizes: For every Fan who registers on the Site, iHigh.com will award two (2) $25 Apple iTunes card in a random drawing each week from among all entries of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will be valid for the first 10,000 Fan registrations and the maximum number of prizes to be awarded is limited to two (2) per week equaling ten (10) total. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25/each. Registration for becoming an iHigh.com Fan is free. All taxes and any other costs and expenses not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be awarded on or about September 13, 2010.

5. Winner Selection: Up to two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing each week, ten (10) total, from all eligible Fan registrations received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. Conditions of Participation: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, whose decisions will be final. Use of an automated process to submit multiple entries is not permitted and anyone attempting to do will be disqualified. Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of first attempted notification or will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded by subsequent drawings from remaining eligible entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall not be responsible for registration errors or for lost, late or misdirected mail (including e-mail), or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures. If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes becomes compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS IHIGH.COM US. ("SPONSOR"), ITS PARENT COMPANY, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision.

7. Prize Notification: Winners will be notified by email on or by September 1, 2010. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prize. Any and all guarantees and warrantees of the prize are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to said manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions ( or cash equivalents are permitted, except that Sponsor at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or lesser value, due to unavailability of an advertised prize.

8. Winner's List: For the names of the winners, available after September 1, 2010, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by September 15, 2010 to: iHigh.com, 325 W. Main Street, 3rd Floor, Lexington, KY 40507, Attention: iHigh.com Fan Registration Sweepstakes.
