Drive to 500: Curtis Now With 498 Wins

J. T. Curtis, head football coach at John Curtis Christian School in River Ridge, LA, is closing in on the 500-win mark which would make him only the second coach in history—high school, college or professional--to reach that remarkable milestone.

His record to date is 498-54-6, a winning percentage of .898. This Friday, the Patriots travel to Newman High School.

Rudy Awards Nominee Spotlight: Rashawn King, Middle Creek HS

Upon entering high school, Rashawn (Ray) King was a promising two sport athlete with college prospects and varsity letters.

In the June after Ray's sophomore year, following complaints of sluggishness, weakness and unexplained pains, Ray was diagnosed with leukemia.

Throughout it all, the community rallied behind Ray, who provided inspiration to his teammates behind the battle cry "Pray for Ray!" King was recently cleared for full contact football.

The Alltech Ag Network

Alltech Ag Network iHigh will carry live streaming video and live mobile broadcasts of all sessions of the National FFA Convention, held October 19-22 at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Dwight Armstrong, CEO of the National FFA Organization, spoke with iHigh about the upcoming convention and the new FFA Channel on iHigh.

iHigh Football Top 25 for October 10th

iHigh, the Global Youth Network, has announced its high school football rankings, the iHigh Top 25, for the week of October 10.

Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, NJ keeps their hold on the top ranking for the seventh straight week. The Ironmen are now 5-0 after a 38-7 win over then-No. 10 St. Edward (OH) on Saturday.
