Nelson County Invitational

The Cards 7 game winninig streak comes to an end with a 2-1 loss to Kentucky Country Day in Saturdays Championship game. The Cards came out strong taking a 1-0 lead early in the first half when Cole Bray capitalized on a pk. But after that pk the Cards momentum was drained as KCD scored 2 goals before halftime.

The second half was a dull deadlock as both teams struggled to find any offense. Seniors Brandon Edelen and Cole Bray were named to the all tournament team. The Cards will try to bounce back Thursday against North Hardin.
